Before I started training with BBR I was unhealthy and lacked muscle and definition. One of my main goals from my training was to tone my legs and build my glutes. BBR has helped me make enormous progress and I’m well on the way to achieving my goals. Training with BBR is great fun, and I love the motivating and encouraging atmosphere at our sessions.
