Before I started BBR, I thought I knew how be healthy, but despite my best efforts, I kept growing bigger and bigger. At 70kg, and my heaviest, I decided to join the BBR Program. I spent 8 weeks enjoying amazing whole foods and doing fun training sessions with a group of inspiring women. I learnt how to use food as a tool to build muscle, sustain my energy, and improve my mood. The trainers always encouraged me to give my 100% and in return they would give me 100% effort back. I reached all of my short-term goals and became stronger and fitter than I have ever been. Now months on, I still follow the nutrition and exercise guide. The best thing I have learnt from the 8 Week Challenge, is that there is no true “after photo”, because BBR is about achieving a sustainable lifestyle that you take with you where ever you go. I would recommend this program to anybody who wants to make a positive change in their lives. If you just put your mind to it, BBR will do the rest.
