Before going to Bodies by Rachel I knew little about what to do at the gym. I would mainly go and run on the treadmill for long periods of time, which never helped me accomplish my goals. Once Rachel started training me she taught me how to use weights, which has helped me put on the muscle I have always wanted. She is so great at pushing me to do the best I can (even more than I ever imagined I can do)! Not only has she helped me with my training, she has taught me about the foods I should be eating to help nourish my body. Bodies by Rachel has made me feel confident and happy within myself!
