I started training with Bodies by Rachel as I wanted to start doing weight training. My form and technique was terrible to begin with. Rach placed an emphasis on correcting it. As a beginner she would offer a modification if there was something I struggled with. My form has gotten better and I’m feeling a lot stronger. My overall fitness has improved and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I am excited to keep training with Bodies by Rachel and to tick off some more goals. Rachel is genuine and passionate about helping girls achieve their goals & improve their confidence. She is an amazing trainer!
