This is an intense 6 week challenge designed to help you burn body fat and develop lean muscle.
These will be short, intense workouts – primarily HIIT based.
The beauty of this program is that there is VERY LITTLE equipment required! All you will need is – skipping rope, ankle weights, cables, kettlebell, barbbells, dumbbells and a cardio machine (e.g treadmill, stationary bike).
