Our ALL LADIES HIIT camps are not like your typical boot camps. Are you looking for FAST RESULTS while still having loads of FUN with an AWESOME bunch of girls? These sessions include high intensity functional training that last about 40 minutes and will leave you burning up to 1000 calories, as well as burning extra all day long! You will be educated in nutrition and nutrient timing in order to fuel your bodies for peak performance! This HIIT camp guarantees results! HIIT FIT Camp Package includes:
- 3x 1hr HIIT sessions a week for 8 weeks
- Bodies by Rachel Nutrition Guide
- Nutrition/Supplement Seminar at ASN Townsville
- Measurements and progress photos taken weeks 1 and 8
- Entry to a private Facebook forum where we will provide full-time support for the nutrition and can interact with each other as we complete the 8 weeks
